Introducing Our New Collaboration with EverAfter Art
We are thrilled to announce our new collaboration with EverAfter Art, a company specializing in creating unique and vibrant artwork from the ashes of beloved pets. We discovered EverAfter Art at the Houston World of Dogs show in July 2023. As we walked through the vendor booths, I was instantly captivated by their distinctive approach. My degree is in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior with a Masters in Forensic Science, which had me spend years looking through microscopes. EverAfter’s ability to transform microscopic images of ashes into stunning, colorful art pieces resonated deeply with me, blending a part of my scientific past with the vibrant style of our photography.
EverAfter Art creates memorial artwork that is not only beautiful but also deeply meaningful. Each piece is a unique tribute, crafted with care and respect, providing a tangible connection to the cherished memories of your pet. Imaging with microscopes provides a scientific and analytical tool to see “things” – biological, forensic, or otherwise – that are impossible to observe with the naked eye alone. In this case, I can see the spiritual makeup of my lost pets. This partnership allows us to offer our clients something truly special—a way to remember and celebrate their pets that transcends personality-packed portraits in their living form to include a colorful interpretation of their afterlife.
Unique Pet Memorial Artwork of The Pope Pack
Jake, Kimber, and Hannah were the “OG 3” of The Pope Pack – the ones who started our adventure of having a “large family” of dogs and horses. They truly shaped the entire trajectory of our lives, and losing all three of them in less than 24 months was gut-wrenching. We wanted something to celebrate their significance in our pack and collaborated with EverAfter Art to create a memorial piece of all three of their ashes blended together. The result was astounding and I have spent endless time gazing into the details of it. Across the center of the artwork, I can even see Jake’s profile, complete with nose, eyelashes, and his ear.
Shortly after the OG 3, we lost our Irish Wolfhound, Fletcher, tragically and unexpectedly. EverAfter created a separate piece defining his uniqueness. I can almost feel the wiry waves of his hair when I look at his art piece.

(While I initially had reservations about opening my pets’ ashes and sending a small sample of them out, I truly found the experience cathartic and comforting.)
