Preserving the Legacy of Irish Wolfhounds on National Purebred Dog Day

Introducing the newest member of The Pope Pack, 13-week old Irish Wolfhound puppy Carnasserie The Rifleman, call name: Valor. Last week we flew to Georgia to meet our “little guy.” We were so excited to see which puppy the breeders matched us with, and they could not have made a better pick. Valor is spunky, affectionate, and striking in appearance. Even more, he shares the same great-grandsire as our Irish Wolfhound, Fletcher, who we lost in September 2023. While it’s a small piece of DNA, we are thrilled to have a part of our beloved boy return home.
