Inspired by Santorini

In the Greek island paradise of Santorini, a trend emerged where models wore exquisite flowing dresses and posed against the backdrop of Santorini’s iconic cliffs and blue waters. The combination of high fashion and natural beauty produced captivating images that graced the pages of magazines worldwide and became wildly popular on social media.

In August, my husband and I traveled to Greece for our 10-year anniversary. When I found flying dress photoshoots in Santorini, there was no question I wanted stunning portraits created for our home. We spent an entire year planning and booking our trip, and the flying dress photoshoot was the cornerstone of it all for me.

Bringing Flying Dress Photoshoots with Dogs and Horses to Dallas

For the year leading up to our flying dress photoshoot, I had visions of bringing the concept to pet photography, combining the eye-catching allure of dramatic flowing dresses with the grace and beauty of dogs and horses. In Santorini I watched for the best ways to flutter the dress to achieve the most desirable waves and furls, I bought dresses in multiple colors and sizes from Europe, and confirmed my theory that flying dresses would create jaw-dropping portraits with pets. We added our signature lighting and editing and today I am delighted to launch flying dress photoshoots with dogs and horses in Dallas-Ft Worth!
