We’re shining a spotlight on one of our favorite Dallas dog photography locations – White Rock Lake! Whether it’s big bright skies or after dusk, White Rock Lake offers a variety of color, texture, and scenery for our dog photography sessions. The dog days of summer are just around the corner and that cool lake water is just one perk to photographing at this location!
We were just wrapping up Cooper’s photos when we had one last idea. Using our signature bold colors, dynamic angles, and avant-garde lighting, we had Coop and his mom look out over the lake in what turned into one of our all time favorite dog photos and helped us win the silver medal in the 2017 International Photographic Competition!
When Steve reached out to us to set up a secret proposal for Katherine with their two rescue dogs, we knew White Rock Lake was going to make for an epic backdrop. Katherine thought the surprise was the dog photography session, but as the sun dipped and we headed out to the dock, it got even more exciting! In autumn, we can’t get enough of the fabulous colors on the trees around White Rock Lake. Dallas may not be famous for fall colors, but at the right time and location it can be just as stunning as the northeast!
