PANTONE 2017 Color Greenery in Dog Photos

Each year, PANTONE selects a symbolic color to represent global culture that serves as an expression of a mood and an attitude. Last week, PANTONE announced the 2017 color of the year – Greenery – and had this to say about their decision:

“A refreshing and revitalizing shade, Greenery is symbolic of new beginnings. Greenery is a fresh and zesty yellow-green shade that evokes the first days of spring when nature’s greens revive, restore and renew. Illustrative of flourishing foliage and the lushness of the great outdoors, the fortifying attributes of Greenery signals consumers to take a deep breath, oxygenate and reinvigorate. A life-affirming shade, Greenery is also emblematic of the pursuit of personal passions and vitality.”

Here at Haute Dog, we couldn’t be more excited about their choice! We relish in bright vibrant colors and love to draw inspiration from fashion and art. Check out a few of our recent pet photography sessions around Dallas that were all about that Greenery before we even knew it was the trend!

It may be freezing temps outside right now, but if Greenery is giving you all the springtime feels for your dog’s photography session, now is the time to email us! Our calendar is often filled three months in advance and we are currently booking for March and April 2017. We can’t wait to create more amazing artwork with this color!

BEHIND THE LENS

Hi, I'm  Robyn.

I began photographing pets while attempting to create a piece of my heart dog that would live forever. Jake passed in 2022, but his legacy is in every photo I create for a client. Now our mission is to make your pets live forever through personality-packed portraits.
