PRESS RELEASE: Dallas Pet Photographer Named Silver Medalist at 2017 International Photographic Competition

PRESS RELEASE

Dallas, TX – Robyn Pope of Haute Dog: Couture Pet Photography earned the Silver Medal at the 2017 International Photographic Competition. Pope’s work will be on display at the International Photographic Exhibition at Imaging USA, held in Nashville, TN. This International Photographic Exhibit is held in conjunction with Imaging USA, an annual convention and expo for professional photographers and several photographic associations. A panel of 46 eminent jurors selected the top photographs from nearly 5,700 total submitted entries. Pope was named a Silver Medalist by earning a merit—a mark of quality and honor—for each of the four images included in her entry case to the International Photographic Competition in addition to the acceptance of one of her images into the esteemed Loan Collection. That image will go on to compete for the Grand Imaging Award and will be published in a book in January 2018. This is the most prestigious competition of its kind, where images are judged based on a standard of artistic excellence and 12 major criteria.
