Session Spotlight: Stella

Stella’s mom had wanted to get photos done for years and decided to reach out to us when her baby girl began to slow down from age. During our design consult, we got to know everything about Stella’s personality. Her mom described her as low-key but sassy, and said if she could feed herself she wouldn’t need anyone. Known for her fabulous sashay, Stella ran the house and her mom lit up as she described the details. Our hearts shattered when Stella passed away unexpectedly just a few weeks after her session, and we are truly honored to have made her larger than life personality live forever.

Dogs die.

We debossed Stella’s nicknames into the soft nubuck leather box housing her custom album – a truly special touch we have no doubt will bring a smile to her mom’s face every time she holds it.

Stella’s mom also opted for this 40×60″ Italian cotton canvas to hang in her office. Stella may not be curled up under the desk anymore, but we are so glad she is forever in the room.
